The objective of this audit was to the assessment of the status of the Turkish I&R system with regard to

  • compliance with EC regulations
  • organizational aspects within the central and remote units
  • current ICT situation (hardware and software)
  • possibilities of further extensions of installed software.

  • Gap analysis of in the current bovine system with regard to EU requirements
  • Assessment of the existing IT solution and its capabilities for further development
  • Assessment of the possibilities for the extension of the small ruminants software towards an I&R software for all species
  • Elaboration of an indicative roadmap for the implementation of the future IT system
